When will my order ship? When will it arrive?

Your order will typically be shipped within 1 - 4 business days unless it is a custom order or a made-to-order item. Those items will have a quoted timeframe in the listing.

Estimated arrival times after shipping

Canada: 3-7 business days

United States: 7-10 business days

Europe: 3-6 weeks

Australia: 3-8 weeks

Asia Pacific: 6-10 weeks

North Africa and the Middle East: 6-10 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs or taxes.

Will my purchase come with a tracking number?

Canadian & United States orders over $100 will have a complimentary upgrade to include a tracking number.

For medium & large paintings your package will come with a tracking number and insurance.

Prints do not come with a tracking number.

For my mini paintings, they will not come with a tracking number if the purchase price is under $100. The reason for that is the cost of tracking is expensive coming from Canada.

If you are ordering outside of Canada or the United States and would like a tracking number on your parcel please message me and ask. I will get back to you with a shipping cost quote.

Change of address / wrong address input at checkout

If you have entered an incorrect address at checkout & your order has been shipped, sadly there is nothing further I can do. In the case that your package is shipped back to me, you will be expected to pay for re-shipping. I do not issue refunds for orders mailed to an incorrect address provided to me.

If your order has not yet shipped, please email me directly as soon as possible at margiel2012@gmail.com with your order number and correct address.

 This does not guarantee that I will be able to amend your address in time before shipping orders, If your shipping label has already been created you will be expected to pay for an amended label.

Delayed or lost packages

I hope you can understand that sometimes there are unexpected delays, especially due to Covid-19 and the upcoming holiday season.

If you are a customer outside of Canada there is a small chance of it being held in customs or sorting centers, causing an unexpected delay. Unfortunately, delivery times are out of my hands once I have shipped orders, as it is up to the postal service.

For suspected lost packages, If you have chosen the free shipping there will be no further actions I can take unless your package is returned to me. However, if you have paid for the tracked & insured option, I will be able to assist you in investigating a lost package & replacing or refunding depending on the situation.

Returns and exchanges

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

If your art is damaged in shipping please send me photos of the damage, and together we can work something out.
