Glittering White Forest On Iridescent Black Background. Hand Painted Pocket Compass
I've hand-painted black and white forest with a crescent moon above on the inside lid of this traditional compass. The background is coated with micro-sparkles so they shine in the sun! I used acrylic paint and finished it with a high gloss varnish. In certain angles of light, you can see the broad brush strokes I've laid down before adding the smaller fine details in. Each compass is one of a kind, all individually painted by me.
