Romantic Pink Sky, Painted Pocket Compass
I've hand-painted a bright milky way sky with a couple holding hands under it on the inside lid of this traditional compass. I used acrylic paint and finished it with a high gloss varnish. I also added a hint of gold on the sand dunes. In certain angles of light, you can see the broad brush strokes I've laid down before adding the smaller fine details in. Each compass is one of a kind, all individually painted by me.
