Find your way amongst the stars with this one of a kind pocket compass. On the inside lid of this traditional compass, I've hand-painted a starry sky over a forest with a lake in the foreground. I added a strip of gold leaf foil to the horizon line as an extra eye catching touch! I used acrylic paint and finished it with a high gloss varnish. In certain angles of light, you can see the broad brush strokes I've laid down before adding the smaller fine details in. Each compass is one of a kind, all individually painted by me.
